Scout celebrated her 1st birthday. She was born at 32 weeks a premi baby, uuh she had us all worried. So tiny. But she is indeed a battler and has a huge personality. We are so proud.

I thought to celebrate I should make her a cape for her 1st birthday. The pattern is found in Make it Perfect pattern book. It took me an hour or so to cut out and to make, it uses Pink Dandelions and Magic Spots. Which you can buy here.

Oh she looks gorgeous, and the cape is just lovely. I too had two premmie babies, my eldest daughter came at 28wks, 5days and second at 36 weeks - got a bit further that time. If you have a moment there is a photo of them now at 6yrs old and nearly 2 years old on my blog. Both also doing well, but it is certainly a rocky start. Cheers and best wishes.
