Mollies old table

Saffron Craig - Tuesday, October 20, 2009
As a girl I went to visit my grandmother Mollie, she had this table which I always treasured. She used it as her knitting table. Now in a retirement village she has no room for it and I use it daily. Patrick surprised me by adding a piece of my hand printed fabric to the table.

It is my sewing table now. Rickety and old but loved by me. Messy most days as well.

Oh it's just lovely! And how wonderful to have some of your beautiful fabric now part of it.

Totally unrelated, I bought some of your dressmaking weight owl fabric the other day with plans to make a skirt for me! It's such gorgeous fabric I hope I don't muck it up :)
