Robyn has created an awesome community in her new shop Patchwork on Pittwater, found in Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Last night was the official opening celebrated with a cocktail party and I was lucky enough to be invited.

I was very flattered to see that Robyn stocks a huge selection of my fabrics, Ahm, actually she has them all! She's very supportive of local talent and proud to stock all things Aussie. How cool is that.

The shop has quilts made with most of my ranges available as kits, which is really encouraging to see.

I do get asked about new shops, so If you're looking for a new shop then Patchwork on Pittwater in Mona Vale is the place to visit with classes for all levels and a great range of books, sewing patterns and much more. Robyn has it all for us modern crafters and to top it off the shop has a lovely, supportive vibe!

Great to have you there Saffron,I think the night went well. Thanks for giving me such a wrap on your blog,looks great. Had an order yesterday for a little jacket made out of your new range(pink,red etc) so can't wait to get it! Have to organize a sailing
